Vacation

Is it possible to have too much fun on vacation and never want to go home? We just got back from a true family vacation in Mexico. We went with two other couples - The Kaz Family and The Bennett Family - that we try to get together with once a year. This was the first year that we all had kids! Our once late, late nights became midnight nights which ain't too bad. We did a lot of eating, a good amount of sleeping, playing cards, reading, and quite a bit of playing. The beach, house and weather were beautiful and perfect. It was the first time in a long time that we were able to spend a full week with Addie! She picked up words left and right and has become a regular chatty Kathy - wonder where she gets that from? She also became quite the fish - swimming in the pool every day and counting to three before we put her under water. The idea of jumping in the water made her all excited with her evil sounding laugh. We needed at least a few more weeks there!
