Xmas Lights

A few weeks ago we went to Johnson City to look at the Xmas lights and see Santa. Addie's first run in with the big man and she did not even cry!

Merry Christmas!

So I am getting in trouble for my failure to put up new posts. At least I am getting one in for December : ) Doug returned to work this month which was sad for me as it meant having to leave Addie at childcare opposed to home which I am not crazy about. I flip flop between the idea of having her at childcare vs. a nanny and have come to the conclusion that childcare seems to suit her better. She loves constant action (wonder where she gets that from) and seems to really enjoy watching the other kids at the childcare she is at - for some reason I can't call it daycare. Of course I would rather it be me watching her all day long but that is not an option now.

Addie is getting bigger by the minute and seems so grown up - especially when I look at pictures of her from a few months ago. She is trying to roll over and sit up but is not quite there yet. And her hair! Well, she is losing the dark, dark hair that she had and new lighter brown/blonde is coming in. She does not seem to mind.

We are trying to get our Christmas cards together - which will of course be late. I am just happy that I am getting them out this year. But I am posting a few pics of her that were taken this past week.

As you can see she loves her baths! And she also likes to put everything in her mouth!!
