Wow - has it really been a month since my last post? Today is Addie's 9 month old b-day. Time flies and she is growing like a weed. Not sure of her weight or height - she has her 9 month check up tomorrow. My guess is 19.5 lbs and maybe 28" long - we'll see. Lots of changes though.

We have had an extremely busy month. Work has been crazy and seems like we are out of town just about every weekend. Anyhew, a few days after Addie's baptism, teeth started to sprout. There was one lower one day and within two weeks she had 4 coming in. And now looks like two more. She won't let me take a picture of them but I'll keep trying - the teeth are pretty cute with an obvious gap between the front two. When I try to take a picture, she tries to eat the camera. And she does not like me touching her gums. The new additions have caused a bit of fussy and clingy behavior. We were up all night last night - either teeth or an upset tummy.

She still is not interested in crawling and cries just about every time she is on her belly but she loves to stand. There is a circular stand at her child care that she stands in all day long and gets frustrated when she has to sit. Girlie definitely has a temper if she does not get her way. Of course we give in all of the time with the reasoning that she does not know any better. And she does take after her father.

Two weeks ago she did her first Cap 10K outside of my belly. We did it last year but she was not paying attention. She made it to the third mile this year before passing out. Sadly, my time was not much better this year not pregnant but she is a bit heavier this year. It's the guy that pushes 3 kids in a triple jogger that can pass me that really puts us to shame.

Hmm - what else? I have posted some pics of the fam at the Cap 10, Addie on her pop's shoulders as he cleans up the yard, and a pic from this weekend when we went to Round Top to look for antiques.
